Practice philosophy: Listen attentively to our patients and understand their needs and concerns. My goal is to help them achieve their desired outcomes utilizing the best available medical evidence. I am committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care of patients seeking chronic pain management. As a medical director I aspire to achieve the quadruple aim (Improve the population health, reduce costs by reducing waste, improve the individual experience of care, and reduce clinician burnout).

What is something you have learned from your patients? Every person is unique, and their perspectives are based on their experiences. Understanding their goals and perspectives is critical to providing personalized medical care.

What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? Yoga, meditation and self reflection.
